My company provides mobile solutions for Operations and Maintenance (O&M) personnel to manage large industrial facilities, factories, and public infrastructure. Our clients range from utility companies and automobile manufacturers to municipalities and universities. And while the majority of their day-to-day work is preventative maintenance and reacting to equipment breakdowns and outages, virtually every O&M team has to manage service requests from its “customers” – who can be the residential ratepayers for the utility company, front office employees at the auto manufacturer, local residents for the municipality, and professors and students at a university.
