Learn How a Major Airport Utilizes EZMaxMobile & EZMaxRequest

Since January 2023, with the opening of a new terminal at a major United States international airport, the operations team has been using EZMaxRequest in concert with EZMaxMobile to supercharge its Maximo investment, enabling more than 200 mobile users to request, assign, execute, and report on work from mobile devices both online and offline.

This terminal includes 33 gates and five airlines, supporting more than 20 million passengers annually. Operating these state-of-the art facilities included an initial maintenance workforce of over 90 technicians, field supervisors and staff servicing more than 40,000 assets and locations tracked in Maximo.
