Lead Mobile (iOS / React Native) Software Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced mobile software engineer with 4+ years of iOS / React Native professional programming experience in building high-performance, scalable, enterprise-grade applications. Candidate must have experience designing front-end and back-end hybrid mobile applications. Candidate must possess the ability to lead and be able to coach other junior mobile application developers.

This role is part of our native mobile team to lead development efforts across InterPro’s various iOS mobile applications. The right candidate must be a self-starter and demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills. Candidate will be the primary subject-matter-expert for InterPro’s suite of iOS mobile applications. The candidate will also work closely with other product team leads in creating, maintaining, and supporting InterPro’s various business mobile applications for mission-critical enterprise systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Learn and implement InterPro’s existing mobile framework.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to other iOS developers.
  • Develop mobile capabilities for a suite of apps with latest iOS technologies.
  • Collaborate with product teams on new product ideas and strategy.
  • Consolidate cross functional features with other mobile app teams (Android and Windows) using React Native.
  • Establish coding standards with company’s various mobile applications.
  • Manage project timelines and keep pace with product delivery schedules
  • Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release, and support).
  • Write well-designed, testable, efficient code.
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain large scale production mobile web and mobile native applications.
  • Discover, evaluate, and utilize new technologies within the mobile landscape.
  • Ensure designs and deliverables are in compliance with specifications.
  • Build new features end-to-end through prototyping, validation, implementation, launch, and further iteration.
  • Support continuous product improvements by researching alternative approaches or technologies.
  • Troubleshoot and debug errors and deliver quality code with attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • 4+ of working experience in iOS Swift and iOS native app design and development.
  • 2+ years of experience with React Native mobile development.
  • Experience creating iOS mobile apps in a hybrid model.
  • Experience with multithreading, memory management, and caching mechanisms specific to mobile applications.
  • Experience with web technologies (TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Angular).
  • Must have work experience in Relational Databases (SQL Server and Oracle).
  • Must be able to learn new technologies on your own without formal training.
  • Working knowledge of Amazon AWS.
  • Experience working in Linux environments.
  • Must be professional and have the ability to write functional definition documents.

Education Required:

BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field (mathematics, EE).

UI/UX Designer

Job Description:

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to work with InterPro’s software development team to design the company’s next generation of mobile products with intuitive user experiences and elegant user interfaces. The right candidate must have the ability to learn our existing software products and be passionate about creating visually pleasing designs for InterPro’s wide range of users. You will be working with our talented software engineers in defining and implementing UI elements for InterPro’s web and mobile applications. While the position is focused on UI/UX components, front-end development skills are also required.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with product leads to design user experiences through outlining how users will move through InterPro’s products.
  • Assist with UI design and maintenance of InterPro’s EZMaxMobile iOS, Android, and Windows apps.
  • Build dynamic user-facing features for InterPro’s various mobile and web applications.
  • Create mobile-centric themes that function properly across all major browsers and devices.
  • Create mobile templates using Bootstrap, JavaScript/jQuery, CSS3 and other web and mobile UI frameworks.
  • Present back end data in a visually appealing format.
  • Keep up to date with best practices for web and mobile UI design and utilize those skills to optimize page load, performance, and scalability.
  • Assist with maintaining the InterPro website, including its online user interface, user experience, and accessibility needs.
  • Perform QA on all functions and features prior to product launch as well as identifying and troubleshooting various issues and bugs.
  • Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills and have the ability to work effectively across multiple development teams.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience with Bootstrap, Kendo, Javascript/jQuery, HTML, CSS, and other relevant web front end technologies.
  • High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (as well as other Adobe Creative Suite software) and other digital design and prototyping tools.
  • Understanding of Material Design concepts.
  • Proven track record in web and mobile UI design with sample work.
  • Ability to quickly build prototypes from mockups.
  • Experience with mobile UI development process of iOS, Android, and Windows.
  • Experience with Angular / React native development environments.
  • Knowledge of the app deployment process to the Apple, Google, Windows App Stores.

Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Description:

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be an integral part of ensuring that our products are robust and coded with the best conventions. You will experience working with the full spectrum of our teams, including the managing partners to decide what new, exciting features to develop and the core engineering team to understand the software code in development. You will be the liaison between development teams to facilitate an organized and streamlined development life cycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with various teams throughout the product feature development life cycle; from the selection of features, to the development effort, to integration testing as the feature is finalized and released.
  • Perform various testing types and techniques such as exploratory, functional, black box, browser compatibility, end-to-end, user acceptance, service level and regression.
  • Develop and execute test scripts/cases based on business requirements, functional and technical requirements, user stories and business use cases.
  • Track and document troubleshooting tasks and activities related to customers’ issues
  • Coordinate QA tasks with team members.
  • Facilitate defect review/triage meetings.
  • Perform regression testing on different builds and maintain the software defect tracking database.
  • Provide QA support for scheduled deployments/releases.

Android Mobile Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking an Android Developer, with at least 4 years of professional experience, who possesses strong skillset of implementing the latest mobile technologies and will work with our team of talented engineers to design and build the next generation of our mobile platform. Your primary focus will be development of Android applications and their integrations with our back-end server. Software Solutions Engineer

Job Description:

The Software Solutions Engineer is responsible for ongoing daily customer technical support. A software solutions engineer must interact with customers in a professional manner to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about InterPro Solutions’ products and services. In addition, a software solutions engineer will work with other InterPro’s software and solutions engineers in providing solutions to customers’ issues and requests.

We are looking for a well-rounded Software Solutions Engineer that has the ability to learn our software. You will be supporting, gathering information, and troubleshooting customer issues by evaluating, analyzing, and identifying symptoms related to our company’s software application. You will be working with our talented software engineers in resolving the identified issues.
