Hi All,

We are facing critical issue regarding exporting data through publish channel in our cluster environment. Below is detail for the same.

MXS1 : Server1

MXS2 : Server2

We have 2 WAS instance on 2 different server and configured in cluster enviroment  pointing to single DB.

When we try to add simple publich channel on (let say PERSON) and try to create new Person, we are getting error as below,

BMXAA4214E – An unknown error has occurred.

Please contact your system administrator for assistance.

Though error, we are not getting anything in SystemErr.log on Server1 but we hve following error log into SystemErr.log of Server2 as below,

Can anybody please help us ?

Regards,

NPatel

Hi Chon,

Somehow, we are not getting that error any more (Don't know how??).. But now when we try to add/modify person, it is successfull, even in log it mention that person is exported. But there is no xml file generated. Event, “Message Tracking” also shows “RECEIVED”

Hi Chon,

Thanks for reply but our JMS queue are setup (I hope properly) & cron task is also running. There is no error. Now problem becomes more complicated. We are not getting Message into “Message tracking” application.

We set DEBUG/INFO for Integration but no helpful logs. Anyway to get log for JMS ?
