The goal is to publish only the completed (or equivalent statuses) work orders to another web service in another system that will proceed to take an action on that work order.

I duplicated MXWO object structure and chose only WONUM, STATUS, and SITEID in the included fields. Then created a publish channel for the new work order object structure. Then added processing rule Skip for the work order for the statuses via integration control on wostatus object with wostatus relationship and always evaluating. Then the event listener was enabled on the channel.

An end point was created with the target URL and then the publish channel was added to the external system and enabled. However, when the work order status is changed to completed nothing occurs. The target url alone works.
