just upgraded to maximo 7.5, have tried to use the scripting however it appears not all the functionality is there have tried use some examples, but have found out that some of the functionality e.g functions are not accepted. The question I am asking is was there suppose to be a script librabry on maximo 7.5 to use for testing; if so what is there procedure for geting the library back.
Finaly does any one know if one can use the automation script to change data within a table based on data on another table?

i may of been wrong in my last querey, but the question i would like to ask we wont to change a record within the workorder object based on the schedule date; if it is 3 months from now, the status should be changed to appr, if it is 6 months from now status should be comp, what where trying to do is to run an escallation that will run a script every 30seconds that will scan through the workorder object and up date the required field; i know its a little bit crazy i thought; but im trying to get my head round escallations with scripting
