hi ,

I am working on CCMDB and creating a configuration process record from RFC or Change object using Automation scripts. There is an attachment icon on the RFC and Change Object wherein users can attach documents (doclinks). Now I want to get these attachments copied over to the new Configuration process created through automation script like other oob fields Summary/description/reportedby etc.

Your help is appreciated.
