Hi, 

We have maximo for Oil. I tried to directly add a column in Purchase requisition(oil) application through Application Designer. In the “List” or purchase requistions I directly copied a column and pasted it there. after that I deleted that column. Now I cannot access the Purchase requistion(oil) application. All other applications are working fine. 

Any solution?

Error message is given below.

The system cannot load the application. Retry the action or return to the Start Center.

An error occurred when loading the application, but did not contain an error message. See the server logs for more detailed information on the error.
